The goal of this project was to map out the diversity of visitors at Bindi. For this purpose, I looked at the different ethnicities, religious convictions and motivations for visiting Bindi. By researching these three themes, I created a so-called Customer Journey Map. With this map Bindi has the ability to draw up a specific plan of action on how to, for example, attract more visitors. It can also be used to expand the variety of visitors.
